  • Client/User: Any individual who browses, inquires about, or books services from the website.
  • Tour Package: Any travel itinerary or activity organized by the company, which may include transport, accommodation, guided visits, or excursions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
  • A deposit (typically 30%) or full payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the tour.
  • Clients must provide accurate personal information during booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include: credit cards, bank transfers, or cash (when arranged in advance).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

By the Client:

  • More than 14 days before tour start: Full refund.
  • Between 7 and 13 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund unless due to verifiable emergencies.

By the Company:

  • In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, operational issues), clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative schedule.

4. Pricing

  • All prices include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may be adjusted due to government tax changes, fuel surcharges, or modifications in site entry fees.

5. Responsibility and Liability

  • drivenow-hurghada strives to ensure safety and satisfaction but is not liable for delays, loss, or damage due to factors beyond our control (e.g., flight cancellations, natural disasters).
  • The company is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during tours.

6. Tour Participation Guidelines

  • Clients are expected to follow the instructions of tour guides and respect local laws and cultural norms.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual posing a risk to others or disturbing the group.
  • Certain tours require basic physical fitness (e.g., desert trips, temple climbs).

7. Travel Insurance

  • Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, delays, and cancellations, especially for remote areas such as Abu Simbel or desert tours.
  • The company does not provide travel or medical insurance as part of its packages.

8. Intellectual Property
